Blog. Chef’s Table 2025, the stars aligned to raise over £40,000

26 renowned chefs from across the UK and Europe including the likes of Tom KerridgeOllie DabbousSabrina GiddaAtul Kochhar and many more, dazzled guests last Thursday raising over £40,000 in the process.

Tables of 14 guests enjoyed a six-course tasting menu, with each course prepared by a different, well-renowned chef supported by a crack team from Levy’s brigade. These dishes have not only been designed and curated especially for this event, but they were prepared, prepped and cooked right in front of the tables. Each course was based around a specific ingredient such as fish, cheese, meat, game and vegan.

Diners were arranged around a central open kitchen, so they got to watch on as chefs hurriedly moved from station to station preparing their gastronomic treats while interacting with their guests and answering questions from our hosts Sabrina Ghayour, Steve Lamb and Tony Tobin 

With so many chefs preparing such intricate dishes the event is not only not just a triumph of culinary skill but of complex logistics too.

After dinner the evening concluded with a charity auction before guests danced the night away to fantastic entertainment organised by the Levy team.
