London's reputation as a global food capital is well-earned. With countless new dining spots opening all the time, it can be tough to keep up. Our Winter Chefs' Gala Dinner, in association with Icelandic Glacial Water, offers a unique opportunity to experience eight of the city's most celebrated restaurants in one evening.

As a special treat, we've teamed up with Agilysys to offer five lucky winners a chance to attend the dinner, including overnight accommodation at Apex London City. The event will be held at the luxurious Raffles London at The OWO which has just been awarded 13^th place in The World’s 50 Best Hotels. And you can enter here!

Ashley Palmer-Watts of The Devonshire will lead a talented brigade comprised of Claude Bosi of Claude Bosi at Bibendum, Robin Gill of Darby's, Endo Kazutoshi of Endo at the Rotunda, Bomee Ki of Sollip, Jonny Lake of Trivet, Tomos Parry of Brat and Cynthia Shanmugalingam of Rambutan making this a night to remember.

The lottery will close one week today, at noon on Wednesday 2^nd October, and is open to UK hospitality employees only, to give our hardworking colleagues a night off to enjoy this very special event. All winners will be treated to a canapé and drinks reception and a four-course meal with wine throughout, and will also get to hear Q&A sessions with our guest chefs.Entries are £10 each and multiple entries are allowed.
