October 6, 2022 | Author: Sophie Stevens

Just one month today, on Monday 7th November, four superstar chefs will cook up a Michelin star worthy menu in our honour at Hilton Liverpool City Centre.

Our stella brigade comprises of Ellis Barrie of Lerpwl, Liverpool; Aiden Byrne of The Church Green, Lymm; Paul Leonard of The Forest Side, Grasmere (1 Michelin star) and Tom Parker of The White Swan, Fence (1 Michelin star) who are pulling together to prepare this very special four course meal.

Mouth-watering dishes to watch out for include Aiden’s starter of Ribblesdale Goats Cheese Flan, burnt onion dressing and cured ham and Paul’s dessert of Chocolate Liquor Parfaite Seabuckthorn & Cultured Yoghurt.

The evening will be hosted by HA Ambassador Paul Askew of The Art School Restaurant who will keep our chefs on their toes during the live Q&A. The fundraising dinner will raise vital funds for all those in the hospitality industry on the brink of poverty and suffering with poor mental health.

Paul Leonard, Head Chef of The Forest Side, says:

“Our entire industry is suffering from the negative consequences of the cost of living and staffing crisis's but none so more as those who turn to Hospitality Action for help. Whether you work in the kitchen or front of house, you’re senior management or just starting out, Hospitality Action is there to support you. I’m proud to be doing my bit for an important cause that’s close to my heart.”

The evening will commence with a cocktail and canapé reception, followed by the phenomenal four course dinner. Guests will also have the chance to join in the prize draw and auctions to get their hands on exclusive experiences.

Ellis Barrie of Lerpwl, Liverpool says:

“I absolutely love being part of Hospitality Action’s events! The camaraderie in the kitchen, the smiles on guest’s faces and the money we raise always leave me buzzing. I can’t wait to be reunited with our compère Paul Askew, he always asks the best questions, and we have a real good laugh. November 7th is definitely a date for the diary.”
